Wondakiah is a unique site located at Oyster Bay, consisting of over 300 units.

Situated on 6.8 hectares this was once the location of the largest coal gas manufacturing works on the North Shore. Several of the old gasworks buildings remain and are now heritage listed.

In 2016 remediation work began on 67 units located adjacent to Gasworks Road and work was completed in late 2017. As part of these works the gardens and courtyard areas were redesigned. Of our 3 designs that were submitted the favorite ‘Grand Design’ won the approval of the committee. 3 large water features are located in the area between two apartment buildings. Now becoming established the gardens are maturing, bringing much pleasure to all the residents in the complex.
